We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and forge strategic partnerships within the battery technology and energy storage industry.
About the Role:
The person is responsible for driving forward the business development and top-line revenue for RHQ in Singapore, including business development cross-selling opportunities across Asia-Pacific region (exclude China) and beyond.
The person must have the maturity and skillsets to engage a variety of senior stakeholders and lead teams and projects.
Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess market trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth. opportunities within the energy storage solutions and battery technology industry.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive consistent and sustainable revenue growth from both existing and new clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Identify new business opportunities and engage prospective customers, present our product offerings, and negotiate favourable contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to ensure successful execution of business development strategies.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics, evaluate market dynamics, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
- Strong collaborative spirit and ability to navigate challenges while working with crossfunctional, onsite and offshore teams.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in similar roles ideally in an established global company.
- Highly motivated and resultdriven mindset with a proven track record in Business Development.
- Strong ability in writing proposal and delivering presentation tailored to audience needs.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- High level of interpersonal skills, strong work ethics, and strong ability to network across different Countries and cultures.
- Willingness to travel internationally, as required.
