Job Description

• Develop and execute effective branding and marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and vision
• Conceptualise and create compelling content (including visuals design, copywriting, and multimedia) across all channels
• Assist in planning and managing of content calendar
• Drive and execute campaigns and initiatives to increase user growth, engagement, brand presence and sales leads
• Track and analyse content performance metrics to assess effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and creative, to ensure marketing initiatives are cohesive and aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the creation of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, sales presentations etc) and ensure they are consistent with the brand's identity and messaging
• Assist in preparation and execution of photoshoots
• Assist in the planning and liaising with external partners for collaborations and partnership
• Assist in managing partnerships, media/press, KOLs and customer relations
• Keep abreast of industry trends and support the implementation of new initiatives

Requirements

• Display high level of interest and enthusiasm towards the product offerings, with a passion to grow our brand
• Proficiency in content creation and copywriting
• Ability to create visually appealing content that aligns with the brand's overall aesthetic direction is essential.
• A keen eye for design and aesthetics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-disciplined to complete tasks assigned within deadlines
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Lightroom preferred
