Description

Responsibilities:

  • To assist Project Manager in site supervision.
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
  • To manage a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and vendors to execute work within the given time frame.
  • To resolve site issues with supervisors, main contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and or/ related 3rd parties.
  • To coordinate site works, workflows, and inspection with main contractors' site representatives including attending site coordination meetings.
  • To plan implement and monitor weekly work activities with a team of supervisors in accordance with the master schedule.
  • To keep track, monitor, and ensure timely submission of all M&E shop drawings, materials, and AS-BUILT drawings.
  • To implement Testing & Commissioning plan.
  • To monitor work progresses, productivity, qualities and materials usages and ensure those items meet the targeted schedule.
  • Other adhoc duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ ITC certificates in related trades with preferred 6 years experiences.
  • Prior experience in Plumbing & Sanitaty Inustry or M&E Industry will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently in a team environment.
  • Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course and any other WSH related certificates.
