Ownership of all aspects of financial accounting and reporting, governance and controls, business performance analysis and strategic partner to management team, ensuring a stable platform of financial and administrative capabilities, systems, and processes to support business objectives of Blackmores International and Blackmores Singapore.

This role will lead a small team of 3 Finance Support Staff and Business Partners with key Regional and Country Teams.

• Responsible for timely, accurate month end close for 2 legal entities, ensuring the financial records and recordkeeping methods are in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Appreciation and indepth understanding of transfer pricing mechanics to aid Finance Director and Group Tax in developing intercompany transactions billing mechanisms
• Provide clarity on forex fluctuations
• Participate in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion and compliance in conjunction with directions from Group.
• Lead and liaise with external auditors, company secretaries, tax agents and government agencies ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting of Singapore business performance (including and not limited to product and customer profitability) and regional office cost centers with business owners and stakeholders
• Provide monthly analysis and narrative of business performance and evaluations of key drivers and variances
• Participate in new investment, strategic and other business decisions

• Coach, guide and motivate a team of junior finance professionals.
• Set clear goals, give regular feedback and support personal development initiatives to enhance finance capability, develop talent and grow engagement in the team.

• Qualified chartered accountant with a Degree in Accountancy and or equivalent professional qualifications.
• With at least 5 years of relevant experience in audit firm/multinational corporations
• Understanding of the requirements of good internal controls and knowledge of risks and controls in an organization.
• Familiar with Financial reporting in Singapore, and Asia markets.
• Experience in Taxation laws in Singapore and various Asian countries (desirable), budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in multicurrency treasury & cashflow management, foreign currency revaluation and analysis.
• Experience in transfer pricing and associated planning
• Good commercial awareness & business acumen with strong in critical thinking and analytical ability, proactive in articulating ideas
• In Depth Performance and Risks Driven Data Analysis
• Understanding of Oracle and Hyperion type reporting environment
