• 4 to 5 years of experience as Technical Business Analyst
• Knowledge on SQL and programming.
• Familiar or Knowledge with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with relevant tools and software for requirements management and documentation.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.
• Analysis and Documentation: Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in the design and review of system architecture and functionality.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate that solutions meet specified requirements.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address defects.
• Support user acceptance testing and facilitate feedback from business users.
