Description

Responsibilities

• System design, diagrams.
• Programming, Testing &Commission, trouble shooting.
• Product pre-testing.
• Preparing project 'engineering package' according to standard.
• Site inspections; Coordination with PM, client (when needed), third parties, sub-contractors.
• Review and supervision of all equipment installations, wiring, according to product manuals.
• Coordinate all customer service issues and managing relations with all existing clients within assigned region.
• Ensure quality of services following company standards and policies strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region.
• Provide routine preventive maintenance.
• Handle daily trouble-shooting, follow up all open technical issues till the problems resolved.
• Take over service issues from Project team after External Hand Over done.
• Manage service sub-contractors and ensure them following up company standards and policies

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or above in Electronic, Computer, Automatization or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of project engineer working experience (security-related preferred).
• Experience in security system field with knowledge of Access Control, CCTV and Alarm System would be an added advantage.
• Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and database.
• Strong analytical skill and problem-solving ability.
