    with a Reputable Global Presence. They are seeking for an individual to join their growing business as a HR & Admin Specialist.


    Position Overview:
    This role involves managing various HR activities, such as payroll processing, employee relations, recruitment support, and maintaining HR records.

    Additionally, the HR & Admin Specialist will handle general office administration tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the workplace.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, and timely disbursement.
    Handle employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
    Assist in recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations by staying updated on HR-related legislation.
    Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
    Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
    Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
    Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient HR and administrative processes.

    Requirements:
    Min. 3 years of experience in Human ResourcesStrong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
    Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications & Excel.
    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
