    Description

    MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

  • Provide support to regional team and activities including SEA and EMAK region
  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist sales team in the coordination of marketing events, including booth set up, preparing marketing materials and making logistics and travel arrangements
  • Managing Southeast Asia data such as customers segmentation, marketing activities, tracking of procedures and etc.
  • Coordinate marketing programs, including local and regional product launches and sourcing for suitable gimmicks
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing communication materials required between country and reginal office, e.g., literatures, catalogue, or product brochures
  • Arrange flights and hotel accommodation bookings, TAF and transport arrangement (where applicable)
  • Manage A&P Process: Veeva brochure approval & dashboard tracker
  • Handle ePO: from creation to payment
  • ACAS event routing approval
  • Participate in the Marketing Budget cycle
  • Sales duties

  • Adhoc analysis (Pricing, etc.)
  • Updates of reports / templates (Sales Report)
  • Help/Participate in the demand forecast cycle
  • PO processing for ID/PH
  • Request for Sales out report from distributors and refresh MOH Report
  • Support on Contract renewal for VN/ID/PH/CA/MM
  • Regional EMAK duties

  • Consolidate and send out the EMAK monthly HC reports
  • Provide support to EMAK Marketing and Finance for consolidation, presentations preparations, analytics if needed
  • Prepare/Refresh monthly G&O tracking presentation / dashboard in collaboration with PowerBI team (Shixin)
  • Review/Prepare the SFDC dashboard in collaborating with Commercial Excellence team (Yanee)
  • Prepare and share TAVI/ MC and TC unit implants dashboard and share with whole EMAK bi-weekly (or monthly).
  • Support arrangements for EMAK or leadership meetings, FLSM, Training, Townhall etc.
  • Provide assistance to EMAK Management Team members as needed (Burcu, Evelyna and Michelle)
  • Requirements

  • Degree in Business /Marketing or relevant specialization
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to organize and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
