As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving organizational business growth in the APAC.

Reporting to the Regional Business Development Director, you will also manage a team of Sales Professionals to meet and exceed revenue targets.

You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success to drive customer acquisition, adoption, and retention as well as the GTM strategies.


_Adecco is collaborating with a pioneering SaaS solutions organization with over a decade of heritage in spearheading digital transformation in the Fashion industry. They are hiring for a Regional Business Development Manager to expand their clientele base in the APAC region._

_Regional Business Development Manager | SaaS Firm [Fashion Tech]_

Responsibilities:


  • Accelerate the APAC GTM strategy in APAC to drive recurring revenue growth via existing customers' expansion and new logos acquisition.
  • Conduct intensive research into organizations and individuals to find new market segments and new sales opportunities based on clientele needs and requirements
  • Develop a growth strategy targeting revenue growth and customer base expansion.
  • Manage and hit individual sales targets.
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers
  • Lead and manage a highperforming sales team of Sales Representatives
  • Planning and executing business meetings with prospective clients and current clients
  • Collaborate with the Client Success department to provide excellent aftersales support
  • Collaborate with the marketing department for the development of marketing collaterals
  • Analyze sales data and develop insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Perform necessary administrative tasks to conclude sales processes

Job Requirements:


  • Min 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS Sales or IT Business Consultancy background
  • Capability in technical and consultative sales approach
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experienced in Sales Team leadership and mentoring
  • Adapt at learning new software and technologies
  • Resultsoriented
  • Self-Starter Mindset
  • Independent, proactive, and capable to handle uncertainty
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in using CRM such as Salesforce / Hubspot
