    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Responsible for safe and efficient execution of all general, special and maintenance projects in the workshop and work sites while at the same time meeting schedule and cost
    • Supervise workers and responsible for the quality of work execution to zero rework and non-compliance
    • Assist Project engineer & Project Coordinator in scoping and man-hours estimation of project works
    • Work and plan closely with the Project coordinator on work scope changes or work scheduling issues during the daily meeting
    • To provide update of job status to the Project coordinators
    • To provide information and feedback on overtime request/requirement of works to the Project coordinators/engineers
    • Carry out Daily Toolbox meeting utilizing the toolbox meeting checklist, Method Statement and JSAs
    • Application of relevant work permits on site prior to start of any site installation/tie-in/ modification works and to ensure closure after completion
    • Liaise closely with clients site/project supervisor pertaining to all issues regarding the permits requirement, site preparation and work execution
    • Assign next working day's job after discussion with the Project engineers & coordinators
    • Monitor workers performances, attitude and productivity to the Project Engineer for workers' assessment
    • Enforces Company's Standing Orders and Safety Requirement/Housekeeping
    • Prepares and submits summary of time sheets to the Project Engineer at the end of each month
    • Ensure proper housekeeping on work sites and workshop
    • Ensure consumables and workshop equipment in order and available, to feedback to Project engineer if required maintenance or procurement/stock up
