**Job Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits:
- Collaborate with the HR team to design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
- Analyze market trends and benchmark compensation practices to ensure our organization remains competitive.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement effective compensation strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews of compensation packages, ensuring fairness, equity, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensationrelated matters, including salary negotiations, bonuses, and benefits inquiries.
Performance Management:
- Drive the performance management process, including goalsetting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
- Partner with managers to develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with departmental and organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performancerelated matters.
- Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver appropriate programs.
- Ensure performance management practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Senior Stakeholder Management:
- Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
- Provide strategic guidance and consultation to senior leaders regarding workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between senior leaders and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Anticipate and address senior stakeholders' needs, managing expectations while delivering highquality HR services.
