**Job Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits:

Collaborate with the HR team to design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
Analyze market trends and benchmark compensation practices to ensure our organization remains competitive.
Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement effective compensation strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Conduct regular reviews of compensation packages, ensuring fairness, equity, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensationrelated matters, including salary negotiations, bonuses, and benefits inquiries.

Performance Management:

Drive the performance management process, including goalsetting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
Partner with managers to develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with departmental and organizational objectives.
Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performancerelated matters.
Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver appropriate programs.
Ensure performance management practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Senior Stakeholder Management:

Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
Provide strategic guidance and consultation to senior leaders regarding workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between senior leaders and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of HR strategies and initiatives.
Anticipate and address senior stakeholders' needs, managing expectations while delivering highquality HR services.
