**Job Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Collaborate with the HR team to design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmark compensation practices to ensure our organization remains competitive.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement effective compensation strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews of compensation packages, ensuring fairness, equity, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensationrelated matters, including salary negotiations, bonuses, and benefits inquiries.

Performance Management:


  • Drive the performance management process, including goalsetting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Partner with managers to develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performancerelated matters.
  • Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver appropriate programs.
  • Ensure performance management practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Senior Stakeholder Management:


  • Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
  • Provide strategic guidance and consultation to senior leaders regarding workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between senior leaders and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Anticipate and address senior stakeholders' needs, managing expectations while delivering highquality HR services.
