- Support the Administration Manager in all office matters
- Attend to and receive guests at reception
- Manage and coordinate meeting room calendars
- Assisting with meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails and couriers
- Assist in office procurement (stationery supplies and name cards etc)
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flight bookings, hotels, transfers) for assigned staff
- Manage calendars for assigned director
- Assist in expense preparation, submission and tracking
- Provide support for meetings, events and conferences
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assisgned
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- 1-2 years of experience in front desk and administrative duties
- Team player who can also work independently
