JOBS DESCRIPTION:

  • Collaborate with the IT/Building Infrastructure Manager to handle all aspects of the Company's Information Technology needs.
  • Support the IT/Building Infrastructure Manager in facilities management.
  • Address IT helpdesk inquiries and fulfill technology requirements.
  • Configure software, manage access rights, and ensure data backups.
  • Supervise the management of IT inventory.
  • Assist service and support teams as well as product development by addressing ITrelated inquiries related to external networks.
  • Maintain an inventory of internal licenses and ensure compliance.
  • Assist the IT Manager in exploring the cloud migration process.
  • Occasionally work on weekends for maintenance purposes, if required.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Possess a diploma in IT, info comm, or an equivalent field.
  • Have at least 24 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with IT system and network security is preferred.
  • Fulltime permanent position.
