Associate/Senior Associate, Human Resources


RESPONSIBILITIES

At the Human Resources team, we believe in developing and implementing HR initiatives that influence and support the organisational vision and growth.

We partner with our leaders to envision, develop and execute HR strategies to transform the eldercare sector.


If you would like to make a difference in the sector, join us as an Associate/Senior Associate, in Human Resources.

You will support our Human Resources Business Partners and be responsible for providing an effective and efficient human resource generalist function that is aligned with departmental and company strategic goals.


  • Facilitate the HR processes for staff from onboarding orientation to offboarding
  • Provides daytoday performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, training and disciplinary actions)
  • Implement HR policies, procedures and deliver customer service among the business units by working closely with Shared Services personnel
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, Payroll & HRIS and Compensation and Benefits functions as needed to provide solutions for business
  • Support HR projects and initiatives
  • Manage and maintain onsite dormitory enquires/feedback/issues, ensuring safety and cleanliness
  • Attends to employees' grievances and complaints, provides guidance if necessary
  • Any other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Min. 2 years' experience specializing in Human Resource
  • Strong HR operational background and broad knowledge of HR good practices, policies and procedures to ensure excellence in HR delivery
  • Good knowledge and understanding of local employment laws
  • Good problem solving, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
