Facilities Manager - Singapore - Impact BPO

Description

Coordinate and oversee building maintenanceFollowing up with contactors/ PEs for routine audit inspection and all other building related matters.

Responsible for overseeing contractors and A&A works in office areas which includes sourcing/negotiating for quotations, putting up works orders etcManage outsourced partners for Environmental Services (E.g., Housekeeping, Pest Control/ Waste Management)Plan, execute and supervise the setting up of the Dormitory which includes implementing necessary SOPs and ensuring policies/practices are in accordance with the regulations.

Act as main point of contact to liaise with government authorities if required.

Oversee the general well-being of the dormitory and foreign workers such as cleanliness, fire, and security matters etcMaintain reports and documentation of all tenant's movement to ensure that OFWAS is accurately updated.

Prepare reports on status update to the Management and authorities.


Requirements:
