- Must be willing to hands on in residential or industrial electrical electronic appliances repair.
- Provide onsite field service technical support Island wide.
- Troubleshooting assistance at customer locations either residential or industrial area.
- Collection of approved quotation amount from the customer on completion of each job.
- Provide field fixes and quality feedback on product.
- Handle all Customer complaints and all repair works.
- Adhere to the defined processes and procedures of the service department.
- Prepare job cards for each job and getting authorization from the service supervisor.
- Must be willing to carry heavy home appliances. – Microwave, washing machine etc.
- Need to travel island wide to various locations to repair home appliances.
- Possesses valid driving license.
- Working Location in the West – Toh Guan Road. Near Jurong East MRT
- 5.5 days. Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm/ Every Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm
- Working and reports to Supervisor. Company van provided.
- Salary range between $2800 to $3000 with 1month AWS
