Responsibilities

  • Perform budgetary control on group companies
  • Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies on merger and acquisition activities
  • Perform risk managements on key finance operations
  • Coordinate with the business sectors on operation management
  • Assist in the design and implementation of financial strategies, policies and procedures
  • Prepare group consolidation in compliance with relevant regulatory framework and company policies
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements:


  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in accounting/finance/audit with PRC & overseas exposure, preferably with experience gained in Big Four
  • Good knowledge in Listing Rules, Accounting Standards, Legal and Compliance Requirements will definitely be an advantage
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Possess strong business sense, good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Independent, selfmotivated and able to work under pressure
  • Occasional travel is required
