- Attend VSCC and progress meetings, inspect additional works with trades and subcontractors.
- Submit and agree prices for additional works, based on manhours, materials and subcontractor.
- Submit weekly cost updates, prepare part payment invoices and follow up with remittance.
- Negotiate and settle final repair invoices with owners and technical supervisors.
- Monitor and report project budget and P&L on a weekly basis.
- Provide project costing and revenue reporting to Finance for month-end closing.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in ship repairs.
- Diploma in Marine, Mechanical, Naval Architecture or Offshore Engineering.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP/Salesforce preferred.
