Procurement Lead - Singapore - Airswift

Airswift is seeking to invite a Procurement Lead to join a dynamic team with one of our clients in the oil and gas industry

Core Responsibilities:
Responsible to set up equipment and/or bulk materials purchases/agreements for assigned product categories, in accordance with corporate procedures & guidelines and in-line with project objectives

Job description:
Set up Frame-work agreement/Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)Maintain a robust list of suppliers for the assigned categoriesPerform advanced pricing and costing analysisWork with the Project Execution team for securing inputs on projectsSupport in addressing vendor issues on assigned categoriesDevelop and maintain historical database on the assigned categorySupplier EngagementQualifications

Degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain, operations or related field preferred.
Minimum ten years of experience with proven performance and knowledge of assigned components and services.
Professional experience applying broad knowledge of principals and practices of purchasing or materials management.


Technical:
Good understanding and practical knowledge of supply chain management, supplier quality systems, commercial contract management and sourcing strategies.
Must have a good understanding of fabrication, installation and/or production processes and be familiar with similar products.
Demonstrates ability to interpret & apply relevant policies & procedures.


Proficiency with:
