    Job Description
    • Seconded role onto Financial Services client account supporting Workplace Strategy and Design matters for APAC portfolio. This role reports to APAC Workplace Strategy and Design Lead
    • Data analysis of regional occupancy stats and benchmarking
    • Coordinate with Country Real Estate Heads to develop headcount projections for each site / project
    • Review utilisation data, HR data and headcount projections. Coordinate with Country Real Estate Heads to understand required capacity
    • Support Workplace Strategy and Design Lead to run space requirement scenarios, and develop recommendation and engagement decks
    • Support on-boarding of Interior Design / Workplace Strategy consultants and advise on applicable design guidelines to ensure consistent delivery across the region
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Design, or Business, or equivalent corporate experience
    • 5+ years of experience in similar roles
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able communicate clearly and effectively, both in verbal and written form. Demonstrated ability to communicate objectives and progams effectively
    • Able to quickly understand complex issues, clearly articulate the impacts to stakeholders and develop a plan of action.
    • Prior design experience is a plus but not a pre-requisite for this role
