Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for growing Fave's ecosystem of online and offline partners through continuous engagements and activations.

The role requires a partnership/account management professional who can develop mutually beneficial initiatives to grow Fave's business and meet the partner's objectives, service partner's requests and troubleshoot any partner-related questions.

**As a Strategic Partnerships Senior Executive, you will: - **- Act as the primary point of contact for our partners

  • Facilitate effective communication and build strong relationships with our partners
  • Understands partners' goals by conducting indepth discussions with our partners to understand their marketing objectives and desired outcomes
  • Develop and propose key account strategies, related plans/activities, and targets in line with Fave's objectives. Ensure timely approval is sought and sufficient resources are obtained to implement plans
  • Create and maintain detailed campaign timelines to ensure all deliverables are met on time, and coordinates with internal stakeholders to align on campaign activities and deadline.
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including cocreated and/or cobranded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
  • Manage and track internal budgets, performance updates and analysis, as well as endtoend execution of all partnerships.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction by monitoring campaign performance and proactively addressing any issues or concerns raised by partners
  • Work with stakeholders across marketing, product management, engineering, finance, legal, and data science to launch products and partnerships.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of Fave's product expansion and partner's growth strategy, to identify creative solutions and partnership opportunities to drive higher ROI for partners and Fave
**Requirements:
- *
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Marketing or related fields
  • 23 years of experience in Partnerships/Business Development/Account Management and ideally 12 years of experience in a leading banking, startup, technology, fintech or digital industry
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Analytical
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and cando attitude; willing to work in team environment with fast pace and agility; able to implement partnership strategies and manage own projects
  • Ability to build crossfunctional relationships to create synergies
  • Understanding of the payments ecosystem is a plus
