Full job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Expertly cut, trim, and prepare consumer-sized portions of meat for retail sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Fulfill special orders for unique cuts of meat requested by customers with precision and care.
• Perform various tasks such as boning, tying, and grinding meats to prepare them for cooking.
• Candidates with experience in kitchen assistance or similar roles will also be considered.

Monday to Friday (8:30am to 6:00pm)

Beyond 44 hours, entitled to OT. Timing 9.5 hours per day include 1.5 hours break time and rest time.

Working days: 6 days

Working location: Pandan loop, cold storage outlet or Great World City
