    Job Purpose

    Project coordinator performs administration of One Engineering KPIs, key project updates, management of 1E Obeya, and management of day-to-day activities for various strategic and tactical projects.

    Job Description

    Tracking Monthly KPIs and Trends:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, schedule, delivery, safety, and quality of One Engineering globally.
  • Develops summaries including KPIs, key risks and opportunities for large projects during tender and execution that requires visibility from 1E leadership and ELT.
  • This requires consolidation and preparation of various KPIs across functional disciplines, and 1E subsystems globally.
  • Identify trends and provide insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement.
  • 1E Industrialization program updates:

  • Manages and tracks monthly progress on various One Engineering TIPs, A3, and SSI programs globally.
  • Generate summaries and report outs to One Engineering Leadership, ensuring completion of key milestones.
  • Collaborate on industrialization programs that enhance engineering efficiency and leverage.
  • One Engineering Obeya:

  • Manages 1E Obeya (a visual management room) to facilitate weekly/monthly meetings, collaboration, and decision-making among One Engineering leadership.
  • Participate in developing leadership meeting agendas, ensuring relevant topics are covered. Develop actionable insights and follow-up actions from leadership meetings.
  • Prepare engaging presentations for leadership, highlighting project progress, budgeted vs actual, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

    Coordinate with subsystem engineering leadership across the globe, fostering effective communication and alignment of goals.

    You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of working experience in global environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent understanding of business systems/processes and ERP systems, proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of Lean Transformation Framework, Engineering systems and processes, global project management standards, TechnipFMC budgeting and forecasting processes.
