Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

1. Assistant for producing, complementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System to comply with ISO13485;
2. Participating in design control activities (including drafting design reviews, verification, and validation protocols and reports from time to time);
3. Participating in the risk analysis process, review of risk management documents, and tracking any pending issues or recommended actions of FMEAs;
4. Implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), ensuring proper documentation, timely execution, and verifying the completion/effectiveness of the CAPA activities;
5. Handle quality checking for the various products and incoming raw materials.
6. Perform regular quality inspections per established specifications and procedures (e.g. incoming, in-process, and final inspection);
7. Collaborate with team members to understand the procedure and product changes from time to time;
8. Support the R&D and production team for quality-related matters, such as raw material quality inspection, troubleshooting for the issues raised from the customer's feedback, failure investigation of product, problem-solving, and root cause analysis during design and manufacturing;
9. Provide effective oversight of the execution of Quality Plans, Risk Management activities, and all design-related activities during the product lifecycle;
10. Perform the validation check based on usability, reliability, performance, supportability and manufacturability, and safety;
11. Responsible for performing regular inspection, and audit activities as needed, and ensuring quality requirement compliance;
12. Lab-related ad-hoc tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

1. Degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science Engineering or related major.
2. Preferred 1 year of experience in Quality related roles and involved in QMS system and certified as internal quality auditor; However, fresh graduates with Quality Roles during the internship experience are also welcome to apply;
3. Possess good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills;
4. Knowledge of ISO 13485 requirements is a plus point, but not necessary. Training will be provided;
5. Eager to learn and able to handle challenges, independent and meticulous;
6. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
7. Good documentation and organization skills;
8. Good communication skills;
9. Able to learn fast and adapt quickly to a new environment;
10. Being able to read and write in English and Mandarin is a plus point, but not compulsory.
