    Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to achieve the long-term business objectives, encompassing all facilities.
  • Lead market research and benchmarking initiatives to identify trends and best practices in the luxury sports and recreation destination sector.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new concepts.
  • Spearhead the expansion of the event offerings, including attracting and securing major events.
  • Ensure alignment with the Abu Dhabi vision by fostering strong relationships with key government and commercial stakeholders. The Successful Applicant
  • Strong experience in strategic projects focussed on high-end sports, recreation, and luxury destinations.
  • Proven track record of success in contributing to the growth and development of a destination brand.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct market research and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language a plus.
  • Experience working in the Middle East, particularly the UAE is a strong preference. What's on Offer
