JOB SCOPE:

· Report to Chief Executive Officer and perform secretarial and administrative duties

· Handle full range of import and export functions according to customer requirements

· Business Development

· Other relevant duties as may be assigned by the Client

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum Diploma holder

· Proficient in MS Office

· Knowledge on shipping documentation is an added advantage

· Strong analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

· Knowledge of Mandarin language is essential as reports to Chief Executive Officer who is based in PRC

· Meticulous, strong work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility

· Independent as well as a team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

· Require someone who is adept at socializing and networking, able to engage with others effectively.
