- Maintain 24/7 presence at each location to strategically allocate staff as needed and meet manpower demands across various staff groups.
- Supervise staff performance and ensure completion of all assigned tasks.
- Actively participate in daily operations and provide support as necessary.
- Address and resolve customer feedback in a professional manner.
- Perform administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Keep detailed records of food, beverage, and store supplies, and submit monthly consumption reports to the company by the 5th of the following month.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks, prepare reports, and submit to the company by the 5th of the following month.
- Must possess Food Hygiene Cert
- Minimum one year experience in the hotel and hospitality industries or relevant culinary institutions like SHATEC.
- Present a pleasant, well-groomed, and professional appearance, with a polite and energetic demeanor.
- Enjoy interacting with and serving customers, engaging in proactive conversations.
- Demonstrate discipline in adhering to grooming, service, safety, and company standards.
