Project Admin Executive - Singapore - SG MECOR PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Project Director.
- Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mails for Project Director and manage documents reports, drawings.
- Keep track and compile monthly administration reports for various project departments.
- Ensure that all purchases are properly made and coordinated within the organization.
- Assist on interfacing with suppliers and subcontractors and meet the specified requirement.
- Keep all purchasing records such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, suppliers'.
- Match requisitions and verify price against invoices, data entries of all purchases.
- Prepare project schedule.
- Provide site workers' admin and logistic support
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Excel and word.
- Abilitity to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Good time Managemetn and a sense of urgency is a must
- Organised, good coordination skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese
