Description

We're on the lookout for a dynamic UX Designer to join our team, driving impactful user experiences and thriving in our fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Define user experience goals, priorities, and deliverables in line with product milestones.
• Lead multiple projects to completion, fostering the adoption of UX best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm initial concepts and ideas.
• Communicate design concepts and user experiences through various mediums.
• Develop solutions that meet product objectives, adhere to our design guidelines, and incorporate user feedback and testing results.
• Provide support to development teams throughout the implementation process.
• Act as a user advocate, conducting research and usability tests to ensure optimal experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HCI or related field, emphasizing user experience, interaction design, or visual design
• 3-5 years of experience in product/UX design.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional designs that align with user needs, product requirements, and business goals.
• Experience with A/B testing and iterative design processes.
• Strong proficiency in Figma or similar design tools; familiarity with prototyping tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in an agile and lean design environment.
