    Roles & Responsibilities

    The Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing operational

    efficiency within the organization. Reporting directly to the managing partner, this position

    demands a proactive and strategic approach to developing, implementing, and refining

    processes and systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and

    problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead a F&B team.

    Key Responsibilities

    Team Development

    Identify development needs within the team and provide coaching, mentorship, and

    support to facilitate skill enhancement and knowledge growth.

    Process Management

    Develop, implement, and manage operational processes and systems to streamline

    workflows and optimize efficiency across all areas of operation.

    Leadership

    Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead, influence, and motivate

    team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

    Team Supervision

    Supervise and manage team members, overseeing all day-to-day operations and ensuring

    smooth functioning in the absence of employees.

    Financial Management

    Maintain budgetary control and advocate for sound financial decision-making, demonstrating honesty, integrity, and leading by example in all financial matters.

    Brand Alignment

    Drive alignment of all team members with the Company/brand's service culture, ensuring

    consistency in customer experience and upholding brand standards.

    Inventory Management

    Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing

    wastage and loss.

    Regulatory Compliance

    Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing operations, maintaining adherence to industry standards and best practices.

    Health and Safety (physical and mental)

    Oversee health and safety protocols, implementing measures to safeguard the well-being of

    employees and customers alike.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Proven experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry, with a strong track record of operational excellence.

    Diploma in hospitality management, food-related studies will be preferred

    Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

    Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards

    related to F&B operations.

    Commitment to upholding high standards of customer service and brand integrity.

    Experience:

    Preferably at least 1 year of work experience in food service, customer service, hospitality, or a related field
