Job Description:
The role
We are looking for an experienced Analyst to join our SCS function based in Singapore.
As the Analyst, you will:
- Support the development of smart modelling tools in different areas such as mathematical, process, financial and data modelling.
- Where applicable to improve operational processes during reengineering develop improvements to analytical and deterministic models.
- Drive the interoperability and integration of the quantitative models between each other and external environments (for example Transport Routing/Scheduling with quantitative models or with financial systems or design systems.
Qualifications:
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Undergraduate qualifications in Mathematics/Engineering or Analytics and graduate qualifications (Masters) in Business (economics/finance)/Industrial Engineering
- 13 years working experience in related/similar industry
- Advanced knowledge with MS Office incl MS Excel (with VBA/macros) and BI tools such as Power BI (M/DAX), or Tableau,
- Programming capabilities including R &Python an advantage.
- Process Simulation
- Arena, Simman, Promodel
- Exposure to mathematical Tools
- Mathematica, Gurobi, Minitab, Statistica, Matlab
