    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    As a Customer Service Officer at our preschool, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to customers and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and facilitating communication.

    You will also assist in enrollment processes, manage administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records.

    Your warm demeanor, good communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of our preschool and foster a welcoming environment for all.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Attend to enquiries
    • Greet all visitors and ensure that all security procedures are upheld.
    • Ensure safety and health of children at all times.
    • Update and maintain centre files in accordance with regulations and guidelines.
    • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Handle petty cash
    • Interface with parents on enrolment matters, school fee collections and operation enquiries.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Good phone etiquette
    • Ability to adapt/respond to customers' expectations.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

    Work Locations:

    • Kinderland Preschool @ Ministry of Manpower

    Additional Information:
    Working day: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
