Operations Coordinator - Singapore - AIMPEST MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.

Description

• To communicate and coordinate service timings and dates between Operations OIC and Sales representatives
• Ensure that the company's master schedule is accurately updated on a daily basis
• To plan the best possible route to maximise technicians' productivity
• Coordinate and support the arrangement for all technician service visits
• To work with the Operations OIC to ensure that all technicians achieve their targeted KPI productivity
• To identify and rectify any service timing clashes expediently
• Monitor the daily service target KPI and escalate the scheduling issues to Operations OIC
• To ensure that services done are accurately recorded in the system and the company's master schedule
• To provide clients with service maintenance schedules when requested
• Handling inbound and outbound calls to clients when necessary.
• Other administrative functions as assigned by the designated director

• GCE "O" Level/Diploma
• Experience in Customer Service and Administration is mandatory
• Serviceoriented and able to work under pressure
