Description
**Job Scope- To communicate and coordinate service timings and dates between Operations OIC and Sales representatives
- Ensure that the company's master schedule is accurately updated on a daily basis
- To plan the best possible route to maximise technicians' productivity
- Coordinate and support the arrangement for all technician service visits
- To work with the Operations OIC to ensure that all technicians achieve their targeted KPI productivity
- To identify and rectify any service timing clashes expediently
- Monitor the daily service target KPI and escalate the scheduling issues to Operations OIC
- To ensure that services done are accurately recorded in the system and the company's master schedule
- To provide clients with service maintenance schedules when requested
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to clients when necessary.
- Other administrative functions as assigned by the designated director
- GCE "O" Level/Diploma
- Experience in Customer Service and Administration is mandatory
- Serviceoriented and able to work under pressure
