Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide expert financial advisory services to private companies preparing for IPO, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. _
• Prepare financial statements for clients under the US GAAP. _
• Analyze complex financial data, conduct thorough due diligence, and offer insightful recommendations for informed decisionmaking. _
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including external auditor, legal, compliance, and investment specialists, to ensure the completion of the client's IPO. _
• Advice on financial system improvements and make recommendations. _
• Advice on current internal controls and suggest process improvements to strength the control processes. _
• Support business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for financial advisory services and expanding the client base. _
• Other adhoc duties/ projects as assigned. _

Requirements:

- _Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or other professional accounting qualifications. _

• Familiar with IPO processes. _
• At least 8 years of experience in external auditor. _
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex financial data and making strategic recommendations. _
• Team player and possesses a positive work attitude. _
• Ability to effectively multitask in a fastpaced environment and strong process orientation. _
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. _
• Strong leadership and problemsolving skills. _
• Professional certification (Chartered Accountant / Certified Public Accountant) is necessary._
