Roles & Responsibilities (Job Duties):
- Provide technical support to ensure the smooth running of daytoday operations
- Perform asset management and maintain accurate asset records
- Respond promptly to enduser issues and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate data logs to ensure SLA for performance reporting
- Create and update technical documentation for end users
- Identify area for improvement. Propose and implement technical solutions where applicable.
- Assist Technical Lead in projects
- Support adhoc duties and projects as assigned
Other skills required:
- Diploma in IT/related
- Good communication and writing skills
- Good customer service skills
- Knowledge of database administration, network security, IT and virtualization infrastructure will be an added advantage
- Able to work shifts if required
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$2, $2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Education:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- IT support: 1 year (preferred)
