Software and Applications Manager - Singapore - AITENIX PTE. LTD.

Description

This position reports to the Technical Director and interfaces with the junior and senior software development staff local in Singapore and offshore remote staff.

This role will require the individual to:1) Able to help staff onboard into the company culture, software development best practices, and project management framework

2) Employee welfare, and mental and physical wellness of local and remote staff

3) Training of staff to use in-house project management tools, software development toolkits, in-house software methodology

4) Training of staff to use external vendors software systems and help liase with software partners such as IBM, MICROSOFT and GOOGLE

You will have active participation in software project planning process, including planning the development goals, setting objectives and create/monitor processes

Engage employees and stakeholders professionally (able to manage the expectations with stakeholders and constraints of software development especially with R&D-led projects)

Gain experience with software systems by solution partners' workflow processing systems, artificial and machine learning workflow tools, software toolkits and APIs.
