Job Description:


  • Oversee productivity and continuous improvement activities.
  • Supervises production staff to ensure production targets, product quality, and specifications are reached within their area of supervision.
  • Responsible for the daily operation from production & processing.
  • Perform production planning and resource management.
  • Ensure operation runs in cost-effective way.
  • Ensure operation fulfills Company's budget, policies, and strategies and meet government bodies' requirement.
  • Provide operation solutions to management.
  • Perform any project assigned by management.
  • Maintain safety and hygiene standards in compliance with government institutions.
  • Ensure ISO & Halal compliance for all products produced.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years handson experience in demand planning, inventory management, warehousing and logistics with FMCG background.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Microsoft Navision software knowledge.
