Main Activities:


  • Manage daily operation activities in order deliveries, office admin and customer services.
  • Conduct routine inspection, weekly operation meeting and monthly toolbox meeting to plan, execute and monitor tasks assigned to the team
  • To manage production planning / scheduling for biodiesel planning
  • Interfaces with multiple stakeholders (Operation, Customer Service, Driver) in translating site's production from plan to execution till final products' delivery

Qualifications / Experience

  • Relevant degree or diploma
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Experienced in oil & gas industry is an added advantage
  • Understanding or production planning and scenario planning
  • Basic commercial / financial awareness
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
  • Able to handle stress and meet deadlines
