We are currently recruiting for confident, organised and fun individuals to act as Front Of House at our flagship salon, who have the drive to make people feel fantastic and the motivation to be a success as part of our world-famous brand.

Responsibilities

We believe a TONI&GUY reception is hugely important, the Front of House role is vital to the salon running smoothly and effectively.

In this role you should:

Provide excellent and delightful service to clients
Anticipate needs, respond promptly, maintain positive customer service experience at all times
Be committed.
Ensure all clients receive warm Authentic TONI&GUY welcome.
Maintain an organised, beautiful Front of House environment.
Support our stylists and technicians in building and maintaining a loyal clientele.
Deliver hospitality levels of service throughout the clients' visit
Punctuality and ability to be a team player
Closing of bills and register at the end of the day
Light inventory duties

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role
