Description
Assist the Store Supervisor to manage the inventory levels to ensure a healthy stock level for all store items.

  • Raise requisition for all items below inventory level.
  • Receive and check all incoming materials to store.
  • Do issuance of items for workshop colleagues as well as engineers.
  • Record all issuance of consumables and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Organize and rearrange all items in proper boxes.
  • Maintain the tidiness of the warehouse at all times.
  • Check and inspect all items before and after loading. Verify quantity, condition and type of items received with purchase or delivery orders.
  • To carry out clerical duties relating to the issue, receipt of inventories and tracking of stock availability in the store.
  • Perform inventory control and do stock take.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the respective departments when goods arrived.
  • Manage the inventories in the system and files.
  • Perform overtime when required and do Sunday duty as per scheduled.
  • Perform other duties as and when required by the Group Supply Chain Manager.
