Description
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing:
- Utilize payroll software to process payroll transactions, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Handle payroll adjustments, such as leaves, benefits, and allowances.
- Employee Data Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records related to compensation, benefits, and attendance.
- Process new hires, terminations, and employee status changes.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to update employee information.
- Budget and Expense Management:
- Assist in managing the company's payroll budget.
- Monitor payrollrelated expenses and report discrepancies.
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate financial records.
- Payroll System Enhancement:
- Continuously improve payroll processes and systems.
- Identify areas for automation and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot payroll system issues and provide solutions.
- Communication and Support:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Provide clear explanations of payroll policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to address any payrollrelated concerns.
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant fields
- Keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for numbers
- Understanding of Employment Act and Statutory Regulation related to Payroll
