Description
Planning and execution of project plans at the construction site.

  • Execute project plan and ensure works are completed as per the schedule and in accordance with contract specifications and design drawings.
  • Ensure the construction site fulfills the authority's code of practice and complies with safety house rules.
  • Handle correspondence job paperwork and submission
  • Liaise with all parties involved in the project including authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress, and monitor schedule.
  • Prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progresses smoothly and is completed within the target time and budget.
  • Supervise and report the progress of the work to Management
  • Ensuring project progress are on schedule and meets the timeline given.
  • Make sure to have the latest construction drawings onsite and work is constructed as per the drawing given.
  • Update the drawing if there are any revisions and keep an updated copy in the site office and head office.
  • Feedback to Management on any issue encounter on site and proposed feasible solution.
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned by Management.
