Job Description & Requirements

Job responsibilities

  • Track, monitor the baseline programme and working programme;
  • Review Scurve, cost loading and highlight areas;
  • Prepare dashboard report on Progress Status, S-Curve and areas of concerns, etc., including presentation to stakeholders
  • Assessment and evaluation of extension of time
  • Develop and update various realistic trades
  • Report and highlight on any potential delays based on latest programme, e.g., procurement of materials/subcontractors, delivery, installation etc.;
  • Be conversant with all procedures in the latest versions, Airside Works Procedures Manual, Development Group's Safety Management System Manual

Requirements:


  • The Scheduler / Programmer shall possess at least ten (10) years of relevant construction experience with at least 7 years of experience in development and/or review of project schedules for every phase of the construction project lifespan by using Primavera P6;
  • The Scheduler / Programmer shall possess a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or relevant discipline;
  • The Scheduler / Programmer shall have experience in scheduling for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of works;

Salary:
$3, $4,500.00 per month
