    Description

    We are looking for a highly motivated and committed Customer Service/Success Specialist to work for a renowned medical device clinic.

    As a Customer Service/Success Specialist, you will be the frontline of our customer interactions, ensuring positive experiences and satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships with our valued customers.


    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Interactions: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our products/services
    • Customer Outreach:
    Proactively reach out to potential customers through leads to encourage sales and upselling opportunities

    • Issue Resolution:
    Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to finding satisfactory solutions

    • Order Processing:
    Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and tracking, ensuring a seamless purchasing process

    Product Knowledge:
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services to provide informed assistance and make suitable recommendations

    • Documentation:
    Accurately document customer interactions and transactions, ensuring a thorough and organized record of customer communications

    Qualifications:

    • Proven customer service experience or relevant background. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric mindset. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
