- Partner with the HR leadership team to align HR strategy to business objectives
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events and direct sourcing techniques to identify and attract suitable candidates
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills & experience
- Facilitate the negotiation process between the hiring team and candidates, ensuring alignment on compensation, benefits and other terms of employment
- Improve employee experience and engagement through different touchpoints and communication platforms
- Coordinate and execute activities relating to manpower/budget planning, salary review
- Advise line management on HR policies, including recruitment, performance management, career development, and team effectiveness
- Be part of HR-related projects, when required and other ad hoc projects that may arise
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience, agency background preferred
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages beneficial
- Team player, who is mature with good hands-on multi-tasking abilities
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Proficient in MS Office and experience working Workday HCM would be ideal
