Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, testing, and implementing software programs
  • Responsible for software programs endtoend technical design, development and bugfixing primary in , React and Reactnative
  • Oversee the software development lifecycle to ensure that software products are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
  • Establish and enforce software development processes, methodologies, and tools to maintain consistent quality and ensure that software products meet regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define architecture, design, and development standards for software products
  • Ensure that software products are designed and developed to meet the organization's business goals and technical vision
  • Conduct code review and provide guidance to developers to ensure that software products adhere to quality standards and industry best practices
  • Monitor and report on software development progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise
  • Leading the development and testing of reusable, testable, and efficient features or components
  • Collaborate with product architect, product owner, technical architect, other developers and testers to implement technical design into the code

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Several years of experience as a software developer with a proven track record of leading and managing software development teams
  • Strong technical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
