- Assist in the creation of an engaging editorial calendar of content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities for audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative social media campaigns.
- Research and propose new content ideas, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
- Support community management by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure high-quality and visually appealing social media content.
- Contribute to the development and execution of influencer marketing initiatives.
- Help manage social media content calendars and scheduling tools.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Enthusiasm for social media and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts for personal or professional purposes is a plus
