Description
Requirements1. Assist purchase with supplies based on forecast


  • Analyse both customers and headquarters sell-out and on hand stocks situations
  • Work closely with customers on their forecast plan on monthly basis
  • Attend/prepare external monthly meeting with customers to review purchase & sales plan
  • Assist/prepare internal monthly purchase plan with stakeholders to finalize purchase qty
  • Submit monthly purchase plan to headquarters
7. regular communications with headquarters & customers on any ad-hoc demand/request


  • Maintain healthy inventory so as to met demand without excessive stocks
  • Support sales achievement and inventory control
  • Identify variances between actual vs budget and financial results at the end of each reporting period

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma & above
  • Positive spirit to tackle any difficulty without giving up until the end.
  • Respectful and sincere attitude towards others, both inside and outside the department.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Familiarity with Excel calculations and numbers.
  • At least 6 years of working experience in planning related field
