Customer Service - Singapore - EASTERN HARVEST FOODS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.
Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all invoices are promptly returned to office and accurately scan into the server.
- Highlight any missing invoice to HODs for timely resolution.
- Handle all cases of unsuccessful deliveries, coordinate with relevant departments to address, and resolve issues promptly.
- Issuing both full and partial credit notes in adherence to approval procedures.
- Facilitate stock adjustments following the posting of credit notes to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Process sales order related to staff purchase. Provide support to other Customer Service functions.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in food distribution or the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry with proven track record.
- With a positive, determined, and proactive work attitude.
- Disply a pleasant personality, dynamism, independence, and selfmotivation. Excellent customer service,communication, and problemsolving skills.
8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
8am to 12noon (Alternate Saturday)
