Job description:

Program & Customer Support Executive focuses in supporting the planning, execution, and administration of L&D strategic programs.

You will be part of a larger team within the Learning & Development in driving continuous customer service enhancement, customer-focused solutions, and employee's development to support the achievement of our organization goals.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the execution of various programs or initiatives (Mystery Diner Engagement, Followup, Scheduling, Execution, Results tabulation, Reporting etc ) WSG CCP, Academy TMS, Customer Service etc.
  • Follow up and handle customer's enquiries promptly
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship and coordinate with other departments or external vendors to ensure project timeline and milestone deliverables are met
  • Analyse customer information to improve customer relationships and experience
  • Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions on how to improve processes
  • Perform data analytics, prepare dashboards and reporting
  • System admin for LMS, TMS, survey software and others
  • Maintain all documentation for future traceability

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, business admin, sales or marketing
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (eg. Excel, Word, Forms, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to learn fast and familiarise with new software, systems and processes
  • Strong organizational skills and project management skills with the ability to support multiple projects
